Type I - Sponge Iron Exhaust Gas

• WHRB is a single drum vertical boiler consisting of economiser, evaporator, superheater, hot gas inlet duct etc.

• Radiant chamber is provided to cool the dust laden gas below ash fusion temperature before its enters the screen and super heater section.

• The gas passes at optimum velocity And travel vertically downwards and take 180 degree turn at the bottom, which will greatly aid in removal of dust particles in the gas.

Type II - Coke Oven Exhaust Gas

• WHRB is a vertical single drum boiler consisting of economizer, evaporater, superheater, hot gas inlet duct etc.

• This unit is suitable for outdoor installation.

• Top supported construction of radiant chamber allows free expansion.

• The super heater and evaporators are supported from water wall through specially designed clamp supports.

• Refractory lining is provided inside the hot Inlet gas duct to reduce the skin temperature and to reduce the heat loss.


Type III - Gas Turbine Exhaust Boiler

• Heat recovery steam generator is a horizontal type, Bi-drum boiler consisting of Superheater, Evaporator, Economiser and Feed water heater..

• Heat Recovery steam generator is suitable for outdoor installation and designed to match the loadings of gas turbine generator..

Type IV - Cement Plant Waste Heat Recovery Boiler

• Waste heat from after quench chamber and preheater are profitably utilized for generating power in cement industry

• WHRB includes a single pressure single drum top supported AQC boiler and dual pressure single drum top supported PH boiler.

• These boilers use natural circulation and are designed within the allowable pressure drop.
